With the support of our modern infrastructural setup we are capable of servicing our customers with a diverse collection of fabrics in different styles, finishes and fashionable designs. Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with modern machinery, equipment and advanced technologies, resulting in higher and efficient productivity.
All the production processes are proficiently handled by our skilled workforce continuously putting in all their efforts to provide optimum client satisfaction. All our team members work in synchronization to cater to the demands of clients and function effectively to meet the organizational goals. Further, we provide regular in-house training to make them abreast with the changing fashion styles of the markets.
Weaving
With wide range of highly sophisticated PICANOL GamMax, GT-Max and OMNI plus 800 Airjet looms we are capable of manufacturing 3,00,000 yards of super quality fabrics per month.
Dyeing
We have state-of-the art Fongs HT/HP cheese dyeing machines to dye Reactive and VAT dyes.
Fabric Finishing
We have a complete range of linen and linen blended fabric finishing facilities including Airo. We offer a high standard Italian finish to our Linen and cotton / linen fabrics.
Pre-shrunk
All fabrics are pre-shrunk in zero-zero range to ensure fabric dimensional stability and shrinkage below 2-3%.
